Equipped with outstanding cross-border dispute resolution capabilities, he tailors to the specific characteristics of each cross-border transaction. He coordinates with foreign lawyers to develop innovative and feasible dispute resolution schemes, leveraging the legal advantages and judicial resources of countries where different connecting points are located. Marshall has long followed and researched the latest legislation and cases in international commercial arbitration, with in-depth knowledge of arbitration laws and rules in seats such as London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. He has represented numerous Chinese enterprises in institutional arbitration/ad hoc arbitration, overseas asset disposal, overseas evidence collection, asset preservation/seizure, overseas injunctions, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, and parallel litigation matters. His case experience covers the governing law and competent courts of dozens of overseas jurisdictions in total.
