金哲远律师是北京植德律师事务所合伙人。在加入植德之前,金哲远律师曾在法国德尚律师事务所和上海建纬律师事务所工作。
金哲远律师在房地产与基础设施的开发、建设、投资、招投标采购领域经验丰富。金哲远律师协助多家知名地产开发商与投资商进行房地产开发、融资、销售、收并购项目,项目类型涉及住宅、商业地产、仓储物流、长租公寓与城市更新;代表包括地方政府、地产开发商、制造业企业在内的项目业主方进行建设工程诉讼,项目类型包括工业园区、工业厂房、仓库、化工装置、储能与新能源、环保与水务等;金哲远律师服务过数十家大型承包商,参与过众多房地产与基础设施工程项目的全过程法律咨询,对项目风险进行纠纷处理与防范;代表多家国企承包商开展出海项目、境外工程的项目,项目类型包括矿业、能源、交通基础设施等。
金哲远律师于2018年至2020年期间担任世界银行《营商环境》报告中建筑与工程领域咨询专家;他还参与了《住房和城乡建设部总承包合同示范文本》的起草工作,并对2020年版《建筑法》修订稿进行了审阅。

Zheyuan Jin is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Jin worked in DS Avocats Paris and Shanghai City Development Law Firm.
Mr. Jin has extensive experience in the development, construction, investment and financing of projects. Mr. Jin has served many giant contractors and investors and participated in legal consultations for dozens of projects or housing, manufacturing plants and infrastructures, handling dispute resolution and risk prevention during the whole process of projects development. Mr. Jin represents the project owners including local governments, real estate developers, manufacturing enterprises and projects financier to provides litigation and non-litigation legal services for construction projects. Mr. Jin assists many well-known real estate developers in various stages of projects such as greenfield development, co-enterprise and joint venture, financing, sales, mergers and acquisitions and project exit.
Mr. Jin was a member of the consulting experts in the field of construction and engineering in the World Bank's "Doing Business" report from 2018 to 2020; he has also participated in the drafting of the "General Contracting Contract Model Text for Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development" and the review of the 2020 revision of the Construction Law.
